Millennia Minerals was proud to be a Gold Sponsor of the ASEAN Day Celebrations 2026, held on 24 August 2026 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Perth Waterfront, bringing together more than 150 government, diplomatic and business leaders from across Western Australia and the ASEAN region.

Themed around “6 Years of Impact: Navigating Our Future Together”, the evening celebrated six years of collaboration, relationships and shared opportunities between Western Australia and ASEAN, while also recognising the Philippines’ leadership as ASEAN Chair for 2026.

The event featured keynote addresses and remarks from a distinguished group of government, diplomatic and business leaders, including:

  • The Hon. Roger Cook MLA, Premier of Western Australia
  • H.E. Antonio Morales, Ambassador of the Philippines to Australia
  • Terrence Cheong, Chairperson, ASEAN Business Alliance
  • Jenny Rose Ryall, 2026 President, ASEAN Business Alliance
  • Bruce Reynolds, Lord Mayor of the City of Perth
  • Natasha Hart, Deputy Director, Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT)

The evening provided an opportunity for leaders and business representatives to connect, exchange ideas and explore opportunities for deeper engagement between Western Australia and ASEAN, followed by networking over drinks and canapés.
